There is a new bus terminal in Sofia, with good bus links to most parts of Bulgaria. The link below will take you to the website that includes photographs of the bus terminal. It is best to travel by bus, rather than train, as the Bulgarians do. Trains are not as reliable at the moment and can have gypsies that can cause problems to passengers.
